Director, Provider Success & Credentialing Ops

At Swishvo, you’ll support the healers who support our communities. From doulas and chaplains to herbalists and mind-body practitioners, your work ensures they can thrive, get credentialed, and eventually get reimbursed for the care they’ve always provided.You will be part of the foundational team building the first spiritual & holistic care infrastructure in the country, making it possible for families to access care without financial burden.

About the role

As a Provider Success & Credentialing Operations Lead, you’ll walk side-by-side with holistic and spiritual care providers as they navigate onboarding, credentialing, workflows, documentation, and preparation for reimbursement.

You’ll help design processes, build best-practice playbooks, guide providers through credentialing milestones, and ensure they feel supported, empowered, and seen. You’ll also work cross-functionally with product and engineering to shape the tools that automate this journey.

This role is ideal for someone who loves operations, builds trust quickly, and is committed to equity in care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Guide providers through onboarding, credentialing preparation, compliance steps & documentation requirements
  • Build and refine workflows that support doulas, chaplains, herbalists, and healers across all practice types
  • Respond to provider questions with clarity and compassion, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Collect feedback to inform product improvements (UX, automation, RCM tools)
  • Maintain accurate records, eligibility data, credentialing timelines, and payer documentation
  • Coordinate with engineering on automation, verification, and system improvements
  • Create resource guides, FAQs, and training assets for providers

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2+ years experience in healthcare operations, provider onboarding, credentialing, or RCM
  • Deep empathy for community-based, holistic, and spiritual care providers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and the ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments
  • Passion for equitable care and building something that has never existed before
