About the role
As the Partnerships & Business Development Lead, you’ll identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with enterprise partners who are aligned with whole-health transformation.
You will refine messaging, build materials, support pilots, manage partner conversations, and work closely with the CEO to turn interest into contracts. You will also collaborate with product and engineering to show partners how Swishvo improves outcomes, reduces disparities, and expands access.
This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic clarity with relational warmth, someone who can speak to both the heart and the numbers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research, identify, and engage health systems, plans, nonprofits, and ecosystem partners
- Own pipeline tracking, outreach, meeting coordination, and ongoing communication
- Develop pitch decks, impact summaries, and partnership proposals
- Work with CEO on strategic presentations, demos, and enterprise conversations
- Support pilot design, reporting, and implementation
- Gather insights to shape Swishvo’s enterprise strategy and product roadmap
- Represent Swishvo at industry events, conferences, and community engagements
What We’re Looking For :
- 3–5 years in BD, partnerships, sales, healthcare strategy, or ecosystem-building
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with executive leaders, clinicians, and community organizations
- Experience with early-stage products or startups preferred
- Ability to turn vision into clear next steps, systems, and materials
- A deep belief in whole-health, equity, and culturally centered healing
